In this Guide we’re going to make PS5 Frontend with Emulators Configuration. (Screenshots are from PC)

- Install Plugins (Given below)
- Install Theme (PS5ish)
- Paste Script folder C:/Playnite/Script

•Extra Metadata Loader: Logos and videos
•Extra Metadata Fullscreen Helper: Support Plugin
•Universal PSN Metadata : This plugin imports metadata from PSN
•DKG Theme Modifier : This extension is used to modify DKG themes.
•SuccessStory : For Achievements
•HowLongToBeat: Shows the usual time to beat the game.
•Installation Status Updater: Status update while downloading game
•PlayState: Suspend/resume game at any time with the hotkey.
•SplashScreen: For Intro video and an image when starting a game.
After 4th Step.
Playnite (Change Grid view to box) 1:1
/setting/Appearance/Grid view/(Target ratio)/square
Hit Save.
• Creating Group
1. Click on Filter/Save/Enter “Games”(Without quotes)
tick (☑️Save grouping and Sorting settings)
tick (☑️Show as Quick Filter in Fullscreen mode)
hit “ok”
2. /Save/Enter “Media”(Without quotes)
tick (☑️Save grouping and Sorting settings)
tick (☑️Show as Quick Filter in Fullscreen mode)
hit “ok”
3.Select [all] afterwards [Favorites]
untick ✔️(Show as quick filter)
hit “OK”

Extra Metadata
Go to Addon/Generic/Extra Metada Loader
Click and browser 3 Paths (files included in zip)
ffmeg path: browse and choose
ffprobe path : browse and choose
yt-dlp path: browse and choose
Hit “Save“
•In Homescreen
Click and select all games (ctrl+A)
•Right click/Extra Metadata>Logos Download logos from Steam for selected Games.
(Wait till it finishes)
•Right click/Extra Metadata>Videos Download videos from Steam for selected Games.
(Wait till it finishes)
•DKG Theme modifier
Go to Addon>Generic>DKG
Choose “PS5ish” on middle up
Choose desired tick boxes and hit apply changes then save.
•Successtory
Go to Addon>Generic>Successtory
[✅] Tick Enable Steam achievements
Hit “save”
Now everything should be working fine as expected
- Emulator Config (PS)
Go to Library>Configure Emulators
Click on Import>Scan folder
Select Emulator Folder. (Tip choose main location to import all)
Choose needed Emulators
hit “Import”
It will Load Default configs

Add Roms Location
Go to “Add game>emulated
Add Scanner>Select Emulator>Browse
You can add Multiple Scanner (for Different Emulators at same time)
Hit Start scan.
After Scan Click on Import.
/settings>Update game Lib>Update all
Finally Do this^
Now Games will be in Homescreen.
✔ Emulator config Completed.
Switch to Full Screen mode and Enjoy
your Own Console experience.
Custom launch with full screen mode including (Splash screen)
Launch ps.exe (script/bin) You can make shortcut.
